I made the ribs last night and they have such an interesting complex flavour, I can’t wait for to make the sauce and decide how to serve it. Having never heard of chocolate beer, which certainly wouldn’t be available here in the Turks & Caicos anyway, I simply added a little chocolate syrup to the liquid, thinking a bit of sweetness would compliment the ribs. Wonderful!
